CEO and Founder
Shayoni is a CIPR and PRCA Fellow, and Chair of PRCA Cymru. With over 15 years’ experience, Shayoni is an industry leader in data-driven strategic communications and applied behavioural science. She sits on the UK PR Council and is Vice-Chair of CIPR's Behavioural Insights Interest Group. Shayoni sits on CIPR and GCS committees and is an Associate Lecturer at Cardiff University.
Client Services Director
Christina is an experienced strategic brand marketing director with over 25 years experience working at organisations such as Barclaycard, Maritz Europa and Edelman. She has fulfilled product design, concept and brand development, business process transformation, change management, diversification programmes, partnership marketing, organisational design, and stakeholder and employee engagement. Christina has worked across all elements of FMCG, Retail and Finance sectors, building and marketing powerful domestic and global brands or products and services that connect with consumers.
As Non-Executive Director, Stephen advises Lynn PR across planning, strategic decision making and execution. He was previously managing director at Metia Group, and Chief Engagement Officer at Ketchum, an Omnicom-owned agency. Stephen’s clients have included Amazon, BMW, Capita, Salesforce and Microsoft, and he has provided lead senior counsel on integrated global accounts including IBM, IKEA and Phillips. Stephen is a Visiting Professor in Practice at Newcastle University.
Head of operations
Niki is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner and global corporate communication leader. She has held senior management positions in a number of global engineering services firms as well as international communications agencies. She has deep sector knowledge across the international marine and energy sectors, as well as FMCG. Previous clients include Inmarsat, ABB and Shell.
Head of Misinformation Cell
Stefan is a misinformation and communication strategist with a background in politics and campaigns. A qualified Science Communicator from Imperial College London, Stefan worked in Westminster before heading up the Center for Countering Digital Hate’s anti-misinformation campaign. Stefan developed his expertise as a Misinformation Consultant in his advisory role as a Misinformation Analyst for the Office of the First Minister of Wales.
Behavioural data analyst
Ethan is a behavioural economist with an MSc with Distinction in Behavioural and Economic Science from the University of Warwick. At Lynn PR, Ethan works closely with the Behavioural Science Unit on quantitative research and behavioural economics, and leads data analysis, experimental design, and econometrics.
Duart is a marcomms professional with an MA in International Public Relations & Global Communications Management. He has worked in public and private sectors across a range of industries including, digital marketing and PR, Beauty, Luxury and FMCG. He also has third sector experience having worked for the Red Cross and with the United Nations.
Benjamin has a strategic and measurement-driven mindset, with several years experience in communication roles within the financial services sector. He brings a track record of delivering cross-channel, measurable communications across earned, shared and owned channels along with strong project management skills.
Senior Account Manager
Sarah is a communications specialist with eight years’ experience working within corporate, education and charity sectors. Sarah has worked with a diverse range of clients and brands, including the Early Years Alliance, Scholastic ResourceBank and Twinkleboost CIC. As an experienced and confident communications professional and account manager, Sarah has a wide range of skills and knowledge, with an expertise in digital communications, social media, and client liaison and management.
Campaign and PR Trainee
Clodagh has recently graduated with a BA(Hons) in Music Journalism. She is a creative individual with a passion for journalism and PR. Her passion for music has given her opportunities to work with big names in the music industry - such as GigsandTours, Live at Leeds and BBC Introducing Manchester.
Digital Marketing Manager
George is a digital marketing specialist with a background in marketing, outreach and events planning. He has co-ordinated multi-channel marketing campaigns with large brands such as BT, Unilever and Facebook, and brings specialist social media knowledge to the team.
PA to the CEO
Nikki works as PA to the Director and has over 20 years’ experience as a project specialist, working across a range of businesses. Nikki’s experience across several business areas - and a can do attitude - means that she can comfortably roll up her sleeves and contribute to any given task. Nikki loves interior design, renovating furniture, long walks with her dog and eating out with family and friends.
Digital Marketing & Research Executive
Danielle is a final year BA Liberal Arts student at King’s College London with a Major in Digital Culture and a Minor in Politics. She has worked in a range of industries including Recruitment, Beauty and Higher Education. Danielle also has a background in Psychology.
Avri is a multi-disciplinary researcher with a background in computer science, decision-making and behavioural science. His main research interests are behavioural change, uncertainty, the limits of self-reports and the challenges of eliciting information from users about their preferences.
Advita is a communications and employee experience specialist and the co-founder of A Leader Like Me, a diversity & inclusion subscription service working with people who are underrepresented in their workplace. Advita is one of the UK’s leading internal communications and inclusive communications experts.
Sarah is a cognitive psychologist and global development specialist and has worked in international development for over 15 years, across Asia, Africa and Europe. Her main focus is applying behavioural science to design projects that have a social purpose. Her clients include the Danish Refugee Council, UNOPS, WaterAid Sweden, Save the Children Norway and the Norwegian Red Cross. Sarah is a skilled strategist, analyst and writer.
Chris is an applied researcher and consultant with a background in social and behavioural science. He has worked as a think-tanker, community organiser and more recently set up and led the Behavioural Science practice at Ipsos MORI before heading up research for a digital health start-up developing a technology enabled service to improve mental health.
Zoe established her own business as a freelance designer in 2005, soon after graduating from art school. In this capacity she has worked closely with countless businesses across a diverse range of industries. From her initial creative background, her skill set has grown to include expertise in the much more technical fields of website development and e-commerce, as well as an excellent understanding of complementary disciplines such as search engine optimisation and digital marketing.
Kristian Hoareau Foged
Kristian is an independent analytics and insights specialist for marketing communications. In his previous role as a Principal Consultant at Archetype, he helped found the agency’s Global Insights & Analytics practice team. With a track record of delivering award-winning communications and digital campaigns, Kristian specialises in strategy, analytics, measurement and research, and has worked with brands like KPMG, Alibaba, Kodak, Cisco, Coca-Cola, SunTrust Bank and Vodafone.
Ileana is a behavioural science and business psychology practitioner with a background in HR. She holds an MSc in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology and is an Associate Member (Level 5) of the CIPD, and has worked on projects including: behaviourally optimising communications strategies to enhance client engagement, utilising a behavioural science lens to improve employee wellbeing, re-designing interview processes to reduce bias, and encouraging lasting behavioural change following training programmes.
Julie has over 20 years’ experience in strategic and consumer communications. A Welsh-language speaker, Julie has worked on high profile campaigns with Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales, Artes Mundi Wales Visual Art Prize, Gomer Press, Rily Publications Ltd, Y Lolfa, Natural Resources Wales and the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales.
Adam is a strategic B2B and B2C content marketer with more than 10 years’ experience across content, SEO, PR, social, digital marketing, internal communications and corporate communications. A former account director at a content marketing agency, Adam has experience across hospitality, leisure, tourism, tech, and FMCG and placemaking.
With over 17 years' experience in marketing and communications, Rebecca is experienced in delivering award-winning campaigns within the sport, higher education, charity and public sectors. As well as collaborating on a breadth of projects, speaking at events and co-hosting the Have You Got 5 Minutes Podcast, her passion for youth marketing and communications has led to her Engaging Youth Reports, the Hear It Podcast, training and workshops about how to better engage children and young people.
With a background in marketing and PR, Caragh is a copywriter with a unique creative edge and flair for communicating key messages that cut through the noise of the online world. Caragh is experienced in directing and creating strategic content that meets ambitious goals. She is a columnist and has written for Metro, GQ, Wales Arts Review, and Business Matters.
Simon is an award-winning creative director, having worked at Havas, Mischief, Cake, Porter Novelli, Ketchum and Unity. His experience working with some of the world’s biggest brands – including the National Trust, IKEA, Sky, EE, LG, Nintendo, Carling and Oatly to name a few - helps each and every one of our campaigns cut through the noise.
